pharc succeeds again!

       I am so glad the latest update I made to the code worked so well this
       year. 
       
       It was easy to do, chmod 644 new files and 755 new directories.
       
       To cut a long story short, I had to update file permissions after
       their creation to avoid problems with the server software. We are
       using gophernicus at the moment on sdfeu. For two years I had to do
       it by hand after pharc. But now it seems to work well out of the box.
