New #opers

       A group of guys created a new channel on SDF named #opers. One of the 
       reasons behind this decision was that there were no regular ops on 
       the network due to different reasons.
       
       They finally chose some of the regulars to play the role of irc 
       opers. I happen to be one member on that list. I will try my best.
