Upgraded to mkphlog3!!!

       Today, after some trial and error, I have finally upgraded to mkphlog
       v.0.3. I also had to revert pharc v.2.0 to an earlier state because
       of a sed syntax error. It is supposed to work fine now.
       
       mkphlog is an excellent tool to create and maintain a phlog in your
       gopherspace written by sdf user octotep.
       
       pharc is a "phlog archiver" utility that works automatically without
       user's intervention.
