       Today I updated pharc to version 2.0. The main reason for a new
       release is to keep up with mkphlog v 0.2
       
       The changelog is:
       
        * Updating for mkphlog v.0.2
        * Adding version number 2.0
        * Adding license (2012)

       The .deb is not available yet, but it will be soon. Keep in mind that
