Well, that was annoying.  The external keyboard was
not playing well with the N900, so now I am thumb
typing.  Perhaps I should look into a new battery.
Right now, I have it tethered to an external battery.

The thumb keyboard is actually not that bad,
especially with the backlight.  Great for text
messages and executing  shell scripts.  Any thing
more, I left for entering via ssh on my computer or
even vnc.  Actually, that would probably be the best
way for me to continue this note...via ssh.
