CP/M 2.2 on z80 For fun (and profit!) I am going to build this: http://searle.hostei.com/grant/cpm/ Update 9/22/2018: This project is now a wonderful success, but all the files are over at Grex.org right now! Update 9/26/2017: This project got pretty far, but I tracked it mostly over at my grex gopher hole. I assembled the whole thing but it did not work for me (I don't blame the design, but my inexperience,) so I did a lot of testing. Purchased a cheap oscilloscope, tested various ICs, reprogrammed the ROM just to be sure, etc. I think, possibly, the MAX232 chip I have is bad, waiting on a TTL usb cable to test with, which would let me bypass the MAX232. In any case, I've also decided to build the 6502 system that Grant designed, which is a lot simpler, to make sure I can get that working. Then I'll probably rebuild the z80 and try again. Update 8/15/17: I've finally purchased all of the ICs that I need, only a few more parts to go before I can get started putting it all together
