8088 config 9/26/16

- ADP50L, IDE controller, no jumpers set, default address C800, 
  bios post reports ADP50 v 2.18E (conflicting manuals for this
  card, especially for the jumpers. zero jumpers works for me
  even though manual says that disables the bios.)
- IDE-to-CF adapter with 5/v, not ISA, 1GB CF, 450MB partition
- Oaktech OTI037C, Jumper 1-2 for 8-bit mode, on on off off, 
  extended multisync, bios posts version ECv2.13-35
  (it's a combo 8/16 bit card, can work in 8-bit slots)
- 3Com Etherlink II TP (3C503), DC000, 300
- Booting MS Dos 6.22
