Happy 4th.

I had the car AC regassed/recharged the other day, and now the AC has
stopped working again. I guess that wasn't the problem? Although it did
work after doing it. Annoying as we're off on hols shortly and there's
no time to have it looked at anywhere.

Whilst I don't think I'm allowed to recharge the AC myself as they're
refrigerants and no doubt you need some licence to handle them, in
theory I could troubleshoot the compressor and fuses and other parts, to
see if I could find the issue. But would I fix it myself? Maybe if it
was a blown fuse, but nothing else. All this makes me question getting
the Land Rover. I like the idea of fixing things myself but I don't know
anything. The point is I'd have a reason to learn but that takes time
and do I want to commit time to doing that? Probably one of the kids
would like helping do stuff too.

We're travelling and that makes me anxious so maybe it's not the best
time to be thinking about this.
