You can see the mutation of the pedal chain in the images. I eventually built my own board using hobby wood, a few screws, and a wood stain called Gun Stock, all from Home Depot, for 20$. I refuse to pay 200-500$ for a plate of metal with a bunch of holes to mount my pedals on. But to each his own...anyway, you may also notice the floor changes from hardwood to carpet to hardwood. I move a lot. This tested the pedalboard I built and so far it works. But...ultimately, I decided to go all-digital for gigs because setup & teardown is a big deal. Especially in a lineup of multiple bands. I found the perfect case for a small gigging setup on Craigslist - you better believe it - for 10$. I don't knw the brand; perhaps it was custom-made. It matches the typical amp/cab style with Tolex and shiny chrome bits. It's small & easy to carry. I love it.
