"mkgopher chmod" will set your permissions incorrectly.
You must have 644 on files and 755 on directories.
That's what the Gophernicus server requires to make
them visible.

Type "phlog" at the shell to list your site in the
SDF phlogosphere.

Gophernicus has a bug.  If you have a "?" character in a
URL, then Gophernicus stops parsing the URL right there.
To work around this, replace the question mark with the
XML equivalent "?".
