July 27th, 2012:

	Slow day at work today.  I had plenty of time to kill, so I 
started to change the layout of this gopher hole a bit.  Nothing major, 
just a hierarchial reorganization to unclutter the front page.

	I'm currently "installing" Windows 2000 on the Ultra 5.  The IDE 
bus on the Ultra 5 is slower than a tranquilized snail at the best of 
times, and having opted for ZFS instead of UFS when I installed Solaris 10 
makes disk access seem *that* much slower.

	The Win2k installer has been copying files from the CD onto the 
SunPCI-II diskimage for nearly ten minutes now.

This is gonna take forever...
