Had a weird little attempt at holding a birthday celebration in the minecraft
server for tofu yesterday but they were only there for maybe an hourish and
no one else showed up. I have a suspicion that may just be because when you
happen to be 30, most of your friends including the younger ones happen to
have jobs and other things to attend to in the middle of a weekday. :V

Speaking of which, after spending some lonely hours adding a water feature
around the little area we've settled in the server, I met the only other 
person who was on at that time of day, who was 14. Extremely good at building,
too, so when they gave me a choice between a free condo or townhouse in the
cool project they're a part of in the main city, of course I said yes. :D

Downside is I had been eating (legal) weed gummy cubes all day and now have
no idea where those cool townhouses were actually located. But still, I 
enjoyed the experience of being given free desirable real estate by someone
who was the age I was when I started this life of being too online and into 
strange art subcultures. The weed cubes did not solve my deep internal
problems, as usual, but I've had worse days for sure.
