Happy New Year!  Somewhat belatedly.

An interesting year so far, not personally God forbid, but in the
world.  The Venezuela business is curious, difficult to fathom
whether we're looking at a return to real countries rather then
clown world fictitious ones or just the actions of a few loons.
There are of course other options, many I'm sure that haven't
occurred to me, it's all a little above my pay grade.

Personally it's been more AI stuff, some Common Lisp learning and a
fair amount of beer.  Not enough Kurrentschrift letter-writing as
per usual.

We'll see how the year goes, kommt Zeit kommt Rat.
