Apparently a new [ http://www.makeitlabs.com/home ] [makeitlabs.com]
hackerspace [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hackerspace ] [wikipedia.org]
has sprung up in Nashua.

I had an RPG gaming character based on the kind of people often found in
these places.  They are quite inventive and make all sorts of neat things. 
You can think of these spaces and communities as a melding of people who go
to craft stores with technology enthusiasts.

I have often wondered if a space like this would finally make it into New
Hampshire.  It some ways it seems like a long time coming, but in the
scheme of the US population this state can be rather isolated.  I hope they
have enough local interest to make it sustainable business-wise.
