I admit that if I was going to work in a hospital, I would want to be part
of a facility like the one described here [

Notably, Michigan only recently signed a law implementing license
regulations for acupuncturists, and I don't think it's fully worked out in
practice yet.  So any acupuncturist in MI has to work under the auspices of
an MD.  It's not quite the situation I would like to be in, although I
admit that this limitation might make it hard to get an acupuncturist into
the position.  Perhaps I'll keep an eye on it as I get closer to
graduation.
