] [newyorker.com] which I would be inclined to post on Facebook, but there
are people I know who are currently wrestling with cancer and may not live
very long, and I don't want to come across as insensitive.

Nevertheless, I think this is something everyone should read when
considering end-of-life issues.  Particularly as an up-and-coming medical
provider, I want to be comfortable working out these questions and concerns
with my patients, if they haven't worked them out already by the time they
get to my office.
