STUPID FURNACE

In my condo is a 20-year old furnace.  When we purchased the condo we knew
that it was old, and close to failure.

Not but a week ago we turned it on to begin heating for the winter.  It
lasted about a day, and then died.

There is a two inch crack in the heat exchanger - not something that I
think is going to get repaired.

In my condo is a stupid, 20-year old, dead furnace.
