crap?  I'd ask how insanely stupid these people are, but I know very well
they aren't stupid in passing this ruling.  This was nothing short of
backhanded political scheming.

I'm still fuming about this.  I can't even think straight enough to figure
out what else to say about any of this, but at the same time I'm not even
sure what could say that even needs to be said.  I feel as though anyone
who has at least a couple cents worth of brainpower would know just how
screwed up this is.

I think what saddens me most is that I don't think this is going to get a
whole lot of press coverage, if any, and even if it does, the American
public isn't going to react and say anything.
