Tragic story in the news [

A part in the story I found interesting: "The weapon was a youth model
20-gauge shotgun, designed for use by children, that belonged to the boy,
according to investigators."

I had no idea that they made weapons fit for children.  I have no problems
with gun ownership, but I'm not sure how I feel about this one.  Aren't
there responsibility issues involved here?
