Let's talk about tasks and their properties. Two of their most important characteristics are the concepts (independent) of importance and deadline. We define importance as the impact that a task will have (on a specific object, on the context et cetera.) We define deadline as the temporal window in which a task has to be fulfilled. The shorter window, the more urgent the task is. The choice I'm about to make has a window of 7 days, and is going to eventually influence all my carreer options. Edit: fuck it, it's going to change everything. Now something else has popped up, and it may not be such a big deal, but still, hey. My fate is apparently hanging to the strings of burocracy and shortcuts, some of which are really hidden to what was once "my" reality of things.
