		(missing the foghorns)

		living in chicago i miss the great old foghorns
		from back east from up north
		don't miss the fog itself
		it rolls from the lake like cotton
		though barely inland
		well i'm barely inland

		somedays you can hardly see down to the ground
		today was pretty pert near that
		pretty as in heaven
		as the landing plane flies

		maybe i can buy the foghorn sound on a cd
		the famous fog horns of america
		track three -- york, maine
		track four -- port of milwaukee

		or maybe i should ask a mermaid friend of mine
		to boo faintly just before she kissed.
