Jutting out from the bluff and into a sort of bay/lagoon is a corrogated metal pipe
~7' in diameter. It is quite easy to access and all the times I have visited, it has
little waterflow as is typical of bluff drains. Further back into the metal pipe
there is a concrete wall with an arched passageway in further, extending into this
passageway is two cables, which mount onto the corrogated pipe and on the other end
in the concrete passage. The passage appears to be constructed of concrete sections,
each made up of three seperate parts, being the arch and the two walls, the floor
appears to be seperate and not sectioned. The passage is short and teminates in a
pool style basin, made up of end facing bricks, with an arched cut out connecting it
to the passage.
