Well, the electoral college does the actual deciding for the
   presidential election, although _normally_ they're in line with
   the popular vote.

   BUT, your vote matter with other issues, especially local issues
   where you live but even on state and federal issues. They're
   counted.

   I usually decide when I get in there and close the curtain,
   honestly.
