^Safe Foods. Weight. Anorexia. I had a passing thought: If I wanted to lose weight, who is the most successful at keeping their weight off? Well, I've learned if you look to the extremes and then come back to where you are, you can get some ideas that will help you. So, I thought, what are some "Safe Foods" that people who are Anorexic currently eat? Well, Public Forums often are places where people come together, so I did a Google search. I hope this helps someone out there who is trying to lose weight, or even someone suffering from anorexia who needs ideas on more things they can eat that might be ok: mine include dannon light n fit vanilla yogurt (lowest calorie yummy yogurt ive found) diet cherry 7up minute maid lite cherry limeaid - RIDICULOUSLY GOOD.
