^Had a good swim. Earlier swim, shorter (only an hour) - this is
   the test. Will good sleep follow tonight or was it a fluke? All
   good, true advice needs a guinea pig. Or lab rat. Hmm... neither
   one of those sounds too pleasant :) Ah! test subject. Yes, like
   a crash test dummy. Oh, a dummy. Man, there's not many good
   things to call "the testee"... (oh, testee - that sounds even
   worse - sheesh....)
