^Induction is one of those weird things that I think most people
   (maybe it's just me) don't fully understand. Watch how he can
   heat up this piece of metal 'til it gets soft, yet he can keep
   his finger on it. If you have an induction stovetop, you've seen
   the same thing - cools off instantly, only heats up the stuff
   that magnetic (like a steel pan, and of course the food that's
   in that pan), but not the surrounding area.
