There's so many nerves in the mouth that it feels like the tools
   are HUGE in your mouth when they're really quite small. And
   pointy. Very pointy. The vials are the xtra novacane that I
   wanted - I'm happy to be numb for a few more hours than the
   slightest chance of feeling anything.
