thanks Woodland Song! When I see uniqueness going away in a
   person (whether its a kid or an adult) it actually makes me sad.
   And the uniqueness doesn't go away - it just gets buried -
   deeply. it becomes a source of shame. And shame leads to all
   kinds of problems. Crowd-followers are dull and predictable.
   Unique people bring something new to the table - a taste of
   something you've never eaten before.
