When I was very young, I watched Doctor Who with my Nana - have
   vague memories of the 4th Doctor - but my real memories start
   with peter davidson, when I would stay up until 11pm to catch
   doctor who back in the early 1980's. When they started playing
   An Unearthly Child on up, some of those crazy 5 - 10 part
   episodes, jon pertwee, then Patrick Troughton (yes, they did the
   doctors a little out of o...rder) - I was totally hooked. I was
   bummed when they stopped making them in 1988 or so, moved on
   with my life, but the doctor was always there. Then when the new
   ones came out, AND they geared it towards adults (with kids in
   mind) - I thought I died and went to heaven. It's a great way to
   go on an adventure. I still want a TARDIS, and probably always
   will. "
