thank you for sharing this. I remember the conflict very well,
   and was involved in the Orthodox Church heavily at the time. A
   Serbian woman who lived at the frontlines of the conflict had a
   "yahoogroups" group that she'd share her direct reporting, as
   objectively as one could manage being in the middle of it all,
   from the Serbian side of the conflict and she saw atrocities
   from both sides, although most of the time it was smaller
   events: a house breakin here and there, some property damage,
   but occasionally something major and even threats to her own
   life she'd report. I was glued to it
