It sounds like my kind of book. It sounds like an NLP book -
   neurolinguistic programming - and there's been lots of books on
   the subject but the 'gist' is a good one, even if the way they
   describe it might absurd.. .and _actually_ *they're* using the
   same techniques as they're teaching you: absurd catchy phrases
   like "mind-slay" have sticking power, so while you're laughing
   at the strange phrase, you've also just remembered it. Brilliant
   stuff.
