Here's the spin. The issue India has is this: The net that MZ
   wants to provide for free _isn't_ the Internet. It's a select
   set of sites. It is a form of censorship but worse because it is
   misleading to people who are led to believe they are getting ALL
   of the Internet.
   This is what India had a problem with, and rightly so. It's
   better to offer the FULL Internet and work on reducing costs
   internally rather than offering a smattering of sites for free
   for people.
