Well, here's what I figured: Most people's first books (and 2nd
   and 3rd) books aren't that great, don't sell much at all, and
   yet it's the ones they put ALL their heart and soul into to make
   it perfect. They're bitterly disappointed. So, skip the bitter
   disappointment altogether. I just followed the steps on
   publishing on Amazon. It was easy. The 2nd one I did (I have 4
   or 5 up there) I put together in about 45 minutes based on some
   saved posts that weren't awful. Lots of copy/paste. I didn't
   care how it looked. And, it's up there. Now what's the
   difference between THAT book and someone's first masterpiece?
   Marketing. Selling. Pushing. Convincing. Coaxing. Pleading. I
   skipped all that. NOW, when I'm -ready- to put together "The
   Book That Changes it All", I know all the steps to get
   published. The only thing I'd have to do differently is be a
   perfectionist about it, and once it's up there, market, sell,
   promote, etc.
