Spoon's in a defensive position. Boy + fork are bullying spoon and trying to force a sharp response out of the spoon. But they're out of the luck 'cause spoons don't poke. They reflect the negativity back at the accusers in a warped way without having to do a thing. INFP == Ooh good point. They can have that passive-aggressive way about them. == Now if I had this conversation with someone I was in a relationship with, I might hear something like: "This isn't really about the spoon, is it?" and I would reply: "Well, actually, yeah, it's about the spoon. It's an interesting story!" == I could probably map it out on paper with some boxes and arrows and lines. But it would take a lot of lines and arrows... probably color-coded for comprehensibility. === I look forward to the result! tbh I probably won't do the engineering chart. I have a more significant amount of T that I can draw upon when I want to but I'm more F and I have to empathize enough to go through the effort tongue emoticon I suppose I could do a "plight of the spoon" perspective, although equally possible to speak from the fork and the boy's perspective. Or, a more meta level, I could analyze myself analyzing the picture on this forum and try to tie it all together, exploring the possibilities of why I'm avoiding analysis at all and instead coming up with plausible directions of inquiry that I won't actually pursue because I'm lazy while blaming it on a projected lack of empathy that doesn't necessarily exist for the situation but it might. ==
