Generation Z, I have hope for. I work with a lot of kids in GenZ
   (all online), mostly because they find me and I'm an entertainer
   / educator / whatever online. I don't follow an agenda really. I
   do stuff online. They're entertained or feel smarter. Then they
   follow me. So I'm like, "Dang it, now I have to do *more* of
   being myself?" and so I just keep doing that. I give a lot of
   like emoticon and praise for creativity, limit constructive
   criticism for when someone REALLY wants it (and that's rare -
   most people want encouragement, NOT criticism, constructive or
   otherwise). and so I feel like i'm doing my part to help. ==
   Thank you for the like -* I don't talk about it much - I just do
   it - but getting a like is awesome validation for me. I never
   feel like I do enough, so I keep pushing ahead. = If one person
   feels they're worthwhile to the planet because of me being there
   or saying something, even if I never get to find out, my
   existence is validated. =
