I can bearly believe it. (sorry for the pun but I couldn't help
   it). I'm amazed that no one else had called in about it --
   unless nobody knows what to do about it. (special pickup? FWC
   has to do it? Do they need a forensic biologist? Bear police?
   Maybe they don't know whose jurisdiction it falls under because
   it's just never happened before...
