I'll pay sole attn to the parts where I was mentioned and yes, I deserved to be called to the carpet on my "men/two emotions" phrasing.** Communication involves many stages for proper conceptual reception and mine failed as it got out the gate and left my fingers.* In short, I was wrong :P Also, I am in agreement with you about the ridiculousness of "the game". I don't think it's unavoidable at all nor is it biological. It's cultural. Thankfully, it also does not describe all women or perhaps even most - just a subset. For myself, I've been willfully single after dealing with several girlfriends in a row who were all about "it's not about the nail". That, and having other women in my life, some of whom have those tendencies, I've learned the language and I can say that, "Yes, I understand women"; and by "women" I mean, this aspect of culture,. But as I know enough women online who are not all, "It's not about the nail" as well as in real life, should I decide to seek partnership again, I'm not worried.* I could handle "it's not about the nail" if I had to, but I also know there are plenty of women (not surprisingly either of the Asperger's variety or of the western style-Buddhist/Oneness/Gender-is-irrelevant variety) - who would gladly have me, and me them. I think it's important to separate: The way things are, the way they appear to be, and the way they should be (or should've been).* All three can be entirely different things.
