you're not a loser. Your career does not define you. You make the money you have to. You can pursue your dreams by maximizing your free time to do so. You _can_ separate your money making and your career. College is not a requirement. If you can you can, you can't you can't. But - it's true: If you DON'T take the chance now, the help might might _not_ be there in a few years. Adults don't care as much about your life choices as they do right now. If the opportunity comes up to do so, take it. If you mess it up, don't sweat it. Not worth the stress. You've been in school almost 12 years straight. If you're falling apart at the seams, take care of yourself. Don't have a breakdown. Do what you can. Get help. Your friends can help - online and offline. You don't have to grow up. Don't think your childhood is over. It's not. * The main difference is: You can sign papers now. You're responsible for your actions - but you were already, so not much change there. You'll get bombarded with credit card offers. You will likely get lots of credit and mess it up. You might not. But if you do, it's ok. It's normal. Whatever you're doing and going through... you're not wrong. You're not abnormal. You're going ok. There _are_ no perfect answers, just best guesses. You'll be ok. Don't let the people in your life pressure you. Don't pressure yourself. Find peaceful moments in the day. maximize them. Totally worth it. And.. that's all. I never forget that feeling you have. Write a note to your future self. I did. I wrote one to my 42 year old self when I was 18. I'm 43 now. I read it last year. Amazing what it can do for you. Then again, I've been a lifelong Dr Who fan, so the concept of both-way time travel never seemed strange to me. You can talk to your child that you remember. Don't forget that child. You can remember your future, even if that future doesn't happen in your timeline. No stress. You can cope. You can thrive. * Cope well!
