yeah I've been doing a lot of that lately. I figured, before stepping too far in the future, I wanna see where I've been. Actually, I'm lying. I looked back through my report cards and _apparently_ I've always told stories about my experiences and shared them with others. I provided a "translator key" as well So while I wanna say it's "typical mid-life nostalgia talk" that I'm doing... it's really just the same stuff I always did. Know-it-all t- the core and proud Where I grew up, "the thing" was to teach kids that "we are all unique individuals" and yeah I believed it. I still believe it. But at the same time I'm trying to come to terms that "yes, I also fit several stereotypes" - some of which aren't terribly flattering - most of which simply aren't true. But I want to understand things from everybody's perspective, even the haters and see if there's something I can learn about myself in the process. Keeps me from flying off the handle 'cause all those ppl who said, "Ken is touchy" when I was young and I'd yell back, "I'M NOT TOUCHY!!!" were... well.. kinda right too.
