Brian HoytI bought one - I have it *someplace* but I'm too lazy
   to look for it. I got mine in the Fishing department for about
   $15. I suspect if its good enough for fisherman to use - and
   fishing/ filleting knives are just about the SHARPEST knives
   you're gonna ever use - they should be pretty close to cut
   proof.
