Deny History

I believe in history. I believe in my heritage. We are the end result of 
generations of toil and hard work. Our forefathers worked and died, 
worshiped and prayed, married and raised families and over eons of time 
they've, or rather we've developed a set of values we will pass on down to 
the next generation. We are the end result of thousands of years. Who are 
we to argue otherwise. Who are we to deny tradition.

Here today, we have a generation, not unlike other generations in the 
past, that has attempted to abandon the values passed down to us. Only the 
ignorance of well fed arrogance would direct us to do so and that my 
friend is the road to destruction.

I am a product of my history. You are a product of your history. To deny 
our history is senseless.
