Life is life. It will be tough or it will be easy. Dad, like the rest of us tried but couldn't do much, so he made the choice to rise above our differences and show us how to put other people's needs before our own and pursue eternal life. [In remembrance of} I am convinced a strong nation is true to their heritage. The feds have made it a hassle/more work to hire people. In the past you could hire somebody and give them a chance. Now they (the people and the employer) have to meet government standards and all sorts of conditions before a hire. I'm convinced a strong nation follows their heritage. You want proof that God exists. Look at that door. Knock on that table. The reality is they do not exist. That's how far our illusions is from the truth. Matter is pure energy and we perceive a solid. "In the beginning was the Word, ... and all things were made by him, and without him was not any thing made that was made." So exactly now, what is the force holding that thing together that we think is matter? I think it's left up to you to decide. Is it possible in another reality we could walk through that door? Nothing lasts forever. Nothing lasts for even a few years. Do you realize we have Americans who are fighting for their independence and institutions that want to run our lives? Everything seems to dissolve into the details. We try and discuss it, but it dissolves into meaningless chaos and there is no conclusion. We're always fighting the will of others. Son, don't let testosterone drive you. Daughter, don't let estrogen manipulate you. Let your mind be your guide. Most of us want something for nothing because we don't have anything. We have to jump off the flaming rocket of progress sooner or later and grab onto something practical. Rust totaled my car. Our 'get-rich-quick' heritage. There are choices, decisions, events, life styles that transcend generations. These are multi-generational and necessary for the continuance of a civilization. There is no place peaceful where there are people. The 'Power of Positive Thinking' genre, a powerful movement in America during the fifties, sixties and seventies, allows people to have faith. It 'tickles their ears' but allows them to have faith. The reason we have property lines is because we can't trust one another. In utopia, however, no one will be dishonest and we will be able to erase property lines. I can only find one absolute in this world and that is that Jesus Christ is Lord. Jesus is the only one who can save us from the ravages of humanities natural state, the world and death. I don't think we have any concept of who we are. We live on this fragile little planet protected from the natural universe that can wipe us out in an instant. 1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ... 3) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. Y2K was a dry run on how to panic the public. First they took away the glass jars and steel cans. Now they're taking away plastic bags. Does this represent the progression of corporate capitalism? 90 day lieutenants. Someone will say something matter-of-factly and it will be earth shattering. Or rather someone will say something quietly and calmly and it is a very important powerful matter. The one's speaking quietly are the one's we should listen to. The ones in the corner, not trying to draw attention to themselves, are the one's with the most important things to say. Do the Angels, in their compassion, look down on mankind knowing they, the humans, must each experience great pain? The 'they' is us. The public is being manipulated like puppets with the media. The powers that be throw out a few key words and the public reacts in a predicted manner. More and more this power is being used effectively in this information age. Is greed universal? When a small business owner starts making money, a hard earned profit, do they want to make more money out of greed? Do they want to make more money to be a better person to their community, society? Homosexuality is an aberration of an immoral society. The internet, most lately, has perverted society into unnatural ways. How do you begin your day? Information and surveillance is dangerous because we have a suspicious and paranoid culture where the group mentality is primitive. People take note of other people's activities. Think about this. What conclusions do they draw? What else affects their conclusions. The note they took becomes etched in stone and is cast from their own personal makeup. One thing I notice about the Wall Street mecca built in our neighborhood is that there are no do-it-yourself stores, except for home depot. There are no auto part stores, no other hardware stores, no hobby stores. The mecca only targets consumerism. Science is an attempt at civilization. The output of science, its production, is manipulated by the rich who take possession. Human nature is such that it always wants to rewrite history. The question for us should be: do we want to build upon history or tear it down? People want to do what's right and good. Let's let them. The word concision was used by Joseph Green???, the [editor/director] of the late night news show, Night Line to mean you can't say it in a sound byte [generally paraphrased]. Concision fits nicely into propaganda models to bury complex ideas. A few centuries of civilization have decided that marriage is between a man and a women. All of a sudden this generation has a better idea. The slice of time when he had the power to move about in. The slice of time when our ideas were dominant. The slice of time when we had strength. What did we do with our slice of time? Laws and regulations sound like a 'nice' good idea when our politicians discuss them, but then mean vindictive people enforce them. Christ is the only one without sin. Times are such that we don't see the obvious. The first prejudice we run into, in our modern day media society is newness. People expect new clothes, a fresh appearance, because they are conditioned by the media. When it comes to the modern day internet people don't know what they've lost. Pride and arrogance is so pervasive that we can't see it. Yet it rules our lives. I believe in heritage, social fabric and Romans chapter one. Re car repair. Wet weather saps the battery around here, but hair spray works really good to seal battery terminals. What brand would you like: Poufon Boof or Macho Mist? A normal paragraph starts with the first line indented, typically five space, they told us in typing class. I'd like to try the procrastinator paragraph. It starts indention after the first line rather than just having the first line indented. The first line is flush with the left margin, to indicate the start of a new thought, and all the rest of the lines of the paragraph are indented two or three spaces. Do you think the 'silver bullet' concept in the I.T. industry revolved around the array and matrix. The general thinking seemed to be an algorithm could be applied to elements of the array and the overall environment would be affected. Did it ever happen? The Bible weaves a fabric for society, civilization, government and purpose for humanity. It is a magnificent fabric, the only hope for the survival of humankind. I am says you are. Sci-fi plot. Two universes preparing to wage war. The start of the war is based on an ongoing argument between two people on earth. A simple statement says it all. Let the government manage resources, not people. Can a society exist if people don't love their neighbor as they love themselves?- What's your heritage tell you to do? In a free society we wouldn't need customer service because the clerk's opinion would be just as valuable as the customer's. Thank goodness we were so ugly we couldn't get VD. The people censored THEMSELVES on the internet. I think we should take note. We've just seen a new age. With this information age where mankind spread its wings to enter its next metamorphosis we have a rare glimpse into human nature. Many have striven to create, build and grow with this new information tool, the internet, while all are are subject to suspicion and thus impose their censorship. Now we see political forces take down what could have been a lifting of humanity and corporate scavengers have taken over. There's just not enough time to develop an idea during a conversation in this media/information age. This is the slice of time we live in. What are you doing with it? It takes community to raise beauty and strength otherwise, often, beauty devalues itself and strength spends itself Community is too complicated for us to understand without our religion. They were not very appreciative when someone recognized their genius. Sci-fi concept: They were a land of giants, maybe ten feet tall. All the children were raised near the Dead Sea, the lowest elevation on Earth, because of the higher concentration of oxygen in the air and fed a puree designed by their biologists. We do what we can with pride and dignity but government (or collective consciousness) takes that away. People are abusing their police state privilege by accusing their neighbor on a whim. Evolution is speculation. People rarely seek out the wise person in the room. They're busy socializing and don't stop to think that the person who isn't saying anything, until they're asked, has wisdom and knowledge for them. It's not because of ones and zeros that make computers hard to understand, but because people don't understand how the data is stored in on the hard drive, in files. Once a person realizes how important file extensions are to different software packages that call them, then they too can become the wizard, grand pooh pah, master of the computer. When in a group, with a question and answer period, have people write their questions down. Otherwise, commonly, someone will make the mistake of babbling and may even change the topic. Some people joke about the details of an agreement in order to gain advantages for themselves. They are nothing more than thieves. America is the only nation that liberty is not bestowed by the government but by the creator God. Thus it can not be taken away by government. [Hal Lindsey] To often, in our world, man has forfeited his freedom in exchange for a governments promise of perpetual security. The more services a government supplies the more of our freedom it demands in return. [Hal Lindsey] Our democratic society has become irrational because everyone yields to an authority no one takes responsibility for. People are always happier where there are a lot of trees around. So why do developers take everything down to the sub-soil when they build a block of houses? The suburbs are misery compared to the woods when it comes to a place to live. You know, you really need a kitchen attached to your computer so you can use it properly. Is America blessed because it defends the innocent? Are you yourself when you're around other people? The truth is fast fading into history. Corporate profits and security go hand in hand, bed fellows. In other words, the public is sold a 'bill of goods' in the interest of cyber, computer or ID security. Stocks go up when the price of labor goes down. Wall street is the enemy of the working man The Lord speaks to multiple generations. Raising children goes beyond our mortal existence of one generation. When consenting adults agree to have a child they are making a societal, multi-generation decision that must be backed with family, community and society. Just as an example look what happened to desktop printer ink. You used to be able to buy a bottle of ink for a couple of dollars and re-ink you dot matrix ribbon dozens of times. Now we spend five thousand dollars an ounce for printer ink. Internet bandwidth is going the same way. People will draw conclusions from their own experiences, and you can't ask for anything more, but their own experience includes the propaganda of the media, government, and business. People are monsters, to each other, because they judge each other by their appearance. What would happen if you got a workforce together that wanted to work with the best in each other? The bravado associated with the construction industry has contributed to the pillaging of our natural resources. I once bought a box of one thousand aluminum can blanks. Another time I bought a case of fourteen pound paper, ten reams, I think that were a thousand sheets per ream. Now I can't find it anywhere except I see it used in commercial products. I suspect that no one is willing to place an order that small, one case or box. Instead, since canning has moved overseas and office supply box stores only sell 20LB paper for computer printers, no wants to place an order unless it's for a container load. Surveillance does not grow an independent society it grows a dependent society. Surveillance takes responsibility away from the individual and casts it to the government. We're already starting to see 'politically correct' speech enforced. How far out of the norm can an individual wander without coming into conflict with regulations. A community with developed responsibility will discuss character with the individual. A society that relies on the government won't. Legalization of homosexual marriage has crumbled one of the cornerstones of our civilization. Homosexual marriage was sold to us as a benefit, privacy, and hospital visitation privilege. So why did they have to use the marriage certificate. Couldn't society of just carbon copied the rights onto a partner certificate. I think this attack on the institution of marriage rather that parallel privilege indicates the intent of the gay movement. One thing about human nature if is there is even a hint of a liability or an inconvenience people will avoid it like the plague. Community and now family has been demolished by our industrial and now technological age. What was once four generations raising children under one roof, and interacting with their community, is now fragmented to the point where even in the household members do not communicate. Now the final demise of family and community is legalization of homosexual marriage. Not only can we not go back to a healthy society with values, morals and ethics raised by a community with family values, but the definition itself of a healthy society has been attacked with the legalization of homosexual marriage. If there was any humanity, if there's any humanity when people meet, then one person will extend to the other some measure of dignity. 2013. It bothers me that tax preparer ads on TV are bright and cheery, designed to sell us their service, and this year we cross the boundary from freedom into bondage because of the new health regulations. The new regulations are a big deal. Free Americans, who don't have health care will have to pay a fine, now, to the IRS. The ads are brain washing the public, not to mentions a myriad of other details in the 2800 page act. There's even one ad where the girl posing as a tax preparer says she's read the 900 pages of new regulations. While the public has been miserly, over the last decades, the government has been spending more and more money to the point now, where all the efforts of our grand parents and our great great grand parents have gone in vain as we struggle to pay the debt our Federal Government has put us in. While the public has been miserly the government has been loose with their money. Yea I've seen how you guys appreciate the arts. If it doesn't have a tits and an ass you don't know if it exists. The politics and interactions of the work place are far more caustic than we give them credit for. Are people going to be able to separate themselves from multi-tasking once they learn to sequential-task? We don't vote. We ratify. People take responsibility away from the community by calling an 'expert'. What?! Are you going to listen to the wisdom and knowledge of one generation, this generation, or are you going to listen to the knowledge and wisdom of many generations, this and all that went before it? I think that when people buy a property they ought to be required to talk to the neighbors about the history of the property. Community is lost when property changes hands and the greed of the real estate boom killed a lot of community. The only way for civilization to advance is to enhance community. You can't move into a house, a vacant lot, a building, without affecting other people around the neighborhood. There are over a hundred people per square mile on the dirt of this planet and we're spilling over like full glass of water. You drop a person into a geographical location and other people must move over to make room. The demoralization of democracy has led us to take the margins of competitiveness away setting us up as a less competitive society morally and economically. Great nations rise and fall and we're following our moral decay to destruction. Wa. State Dec. 06, 2012. Awe yes! The generation that's more technologically savvy [gen x]. But do they know how it works? There's one concept in learning that will make you smarter than all the rest: paraphrase. After you read through something, say a paragraph or a chapter, get in the habit of paraphrasing what you just read. Go over it in your mind, as you best remember it. Then the meaning and the information will stay with you much longer, maybe forever, and you can build upon it with all the information you gather. Don't you wonder why they never taught you that in public school. Insurance companies don't bring protection but extortion. Burn bans are an attack on the poor. The only fuel source many of us have any control over is firewood. Our heritage is over a wood fire. If we protest we must fear our address is targeted to fined, by now infrared cameras, DOE, EPA. It only makes sense that giant energy corporations are pushing and even lobbying to eliminate competition from firewood. The dandelion, treated as a blight by modern day suburbanites, is actually a gift from our forefathers who intentionally brought this edible plant with them in order to survive in the New World. Now the plant has gone from a yard care weed killing target to recognition as an invasive species. I think it provides a good example of how our values change over time. Community no longer exists so people rely on 1 800 numbers, anonymous complaining or 'report on your neighbor' apps to solve their problems. It's the hard work of old, but be a hero and do what you can to solve local problems. Don't call the government to solve your problems unless you want to give up freedom. Granted, a lot of people will gafaw at this, especially in this 'point and click' instant gratification age, but in the old days people used to work a life time building community and a strong social fabric. The nation with the strong social fabric will prevail. Do you part. By nature people develop a sense of safety. When the government offers public safety they subtract from a person's natural sense of safety. The computer industry is full of people who fail or are unwilling to communicate their thought processes and these people have been relied upon to develop important and widely used software. During the seventies there was an enthusiasm to communicate with each other about ideas and innovations in computer technology and again in the infancy of the internet. Now there is a lack of enthusiasm under the corporate structure where people are forced into the drudgery of coding and find it difficult to make the extra effort to effectively communicate. All these people who want to sit around planning, discussing and talking about it, but they rarely seem to be around to do the work. People use it everyday, but I don't think they understand what money is, what currency is.
