OCC 2026 Day 3

Didn't make a lot of progress today, but I did manage to
track down the network camera I'd planned to use, in yet
another storage room. Bonus: no flood this time!

The camera is an Axis 207, purchased by the Library back in
2007 for the express purpose of creating a timelapse video
of the construction of a new wing on the east side of the
building.  The video eventually got made but was never
shown, because it wasn't very good, and the camera was
retired at that point.  But we never surplused it, and I
remembered seeing it - somewhere - not that long ago. Found
it in the fourth storage room I ransacked. 

More surprisingly it still has its wall wart. Those things
tend to go missing more often than not.

One of the big technical unknowns for this project is how
the camera and the computer are going to communicate. I seem
to recall that for the timelapse shoot the camera uploaded a
photo to a webserver once an hour; I just can't remember
anything about how we set that up, but I know there are
quite a few config options. I forsee some reading of
documentation in my future.
