Training is done outdoors, in winter conditions, on fixed days, with fixed limits. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Weekends are rest unless stated otherwise. HRmax: 192 LT1: 144 LT2: 170 Heart rate is capped. Speed is ignored. Effort is deliberately held back. There are no intervals here. No tests. No chasing of form. The work is simple enough to repeat tomorrow, and the week after that, and through the entire winter. Each entry records whether the work was done as prescribed. Nothing is revised. Nothing is explained. This ledger exists to prevent cleverness. Winter rewards patience, not ambition. This record ends on March 1st. What comes after belongs to another season.
