[2024-11-13 - 10:13:00] Today has been a day, yesterday was more interesting however. I got my weights and dumbbells, plus a yoga mat so I stop doing excercises on the floor. The weights arrive on thursday, the yoga mat I got at target. I regiment has been: A few sets of pull-ups A few sets of deadbugs A hollow body hold for 10 seconds Some push ups Etc. Etc. etc. etc... I feel better as of late, might it be my new meds or just the general feeling that things are getting better. Though, I don't know whether to trust those feelings or not. Murphy's law likes to boil the frog. Though, I'm going to enjoy the high of normalcy that has stopped by. The fact that my life being without conflict for once is something to celebrate is a bit sad, but I take what I can get. I hope that with the advent of the weights, I can start building upper body muscle. Due to my habit of power walking everywhwere, I have extremely bulky lower body muscles. It's nice though, makes hiking easier. I realize just how much I enjoy my jacket. It's a grey, thin jacket that is insulated towards the top. It's good for any condition that isn't in the low 30's. It molds to my arm, leading to a nice friction that keeps me warm. The jacket is also good in hot temperatures. Due to the insulation, it keeps my torso cold when I sweat, very cold. This is a random assortment of thoughts, I hope that I can get them to flow better in the near future. Goodbye SDF.org -may
