vmailctl 0.1.0

I have released vmailctl 0.1.0, a small GPLv3 command-line tool for
managing virtual mailboxes and aliases on an existing flat-file
Postfix and Dovecot server.

It supports dry runs, configuration audits, ARGON2ID password hashing,
Postfix map compilation, secure locking, root-only transaction backups
and rollback. It deliberately provides no deletion command.

This is a public beta developed from a tool I use on my own mail
server. Feedback, testing and portability reports are welcome.
