The fiction that evolution has been proved scientifically to be true, is
false! It is simply a belief system, devised for political or religious
reasons. Basically formulated as a means of escaping God, its so-called
supporting data can be manipulated to fit the politics of either left or
right, depending on one's preference. In either case, it is /not/
derived from the scientific data. The data are selected and interpreted
in accord with the preconceived belief.

      The natural world is, after all, filled with billions of
      "facts," only a tiny fraction in any given period are
      observed and classified by scientists. And it seems that the
      facts that /are/ picked out tend to recommend themselves
      precisely because they are to some degree aligned with
      political expectations. A good example increasingly under
      discussion is Darwin's theory of evolution... As with
      genetic theories of race, this has been found to have
      implications contrary to the egalitarian spirit of the
      times, hence in need of revision. As one would expect, the
      recent attack on Darwinism has come from the left.[1]
