It's quite the experience to go through a week-long
heatwave, and then a day of thunder, lightning and
rain. Not sure whether to think of it as relief
or a dish served cold. Today had the kind of
weather I prefer, genuinely warm but not
unpleasant. Norwegians don't really do tropical
weather, but southward travel to escape the
winter weather is not uncommon.

I am very glad to have access to universal
healthcare, since I have issues which need some
degree of monitoring and medication. Getting
exercise regularly, but man does the diet need
work.
