Okay, so I didn't go to the library today, but I have an excuse! I was looking around in thrift stores around town again in search for some new CDs to listen to. Unfortunately, one really nice thrift store near me got rid of their CD collection... They were more expensive than in other thrift stores, but there was nevertheless a very large selection that I wanted to look through again today, but alas, it was simply not there. So instead, I went to a different one, and got a classical CD for just 1 GBP (that's something like 1.30 or 1.40 USD for those more familiar with freedom currency, or around 1.2 EUR, but these numbers are just off the top of my head). I have it lying next to me on my desk right now: a CD from "The Royal Philharmonic Collection", containing Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons", Pachelbel's Canon (Canon in D, I assume that is), and Bach's "Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G". I will make sure to have a listen to it later. ====== Comp ====== Rotations Played: Tower Control - MakoMart, ? Rainmaker - Manta Maria, Scorch Gorge Tower Control - Hammerhead Bridge, Museum d'Alfonsino As might be guessed at this point, the comp day started off... pretty grim. Managed to go 1/7 in my first game. However, I picked it up later on in the day, and, by the end of the day, I was once again quite proud of myself regarding my performance. I even managed to top-frag a game (as a backline!) and got a colateral (the colat went straight into a clip)! The number of times that I traded with a charger on the opposite team was quite funny, actually, because we were locked in this kind of perpetual stasis. I was somewhat busy today, so I decided against asking to play with my teammates, but I have a much more free schedule tomorrow, so I might try then! ============ Salmon Run ============ Rotation: Spawning Grounds - n-zap, jr, tri-stringer, wiper Yet ANOTHER really solid rotation. My one and only gripe is the map, which is somewhat nostalgic for Splatoon 2, but otherwise very tiring to deal with. Half of the map is completely unused due to its awful layout, leaving a cesspool of global bosses over there while the other side gets overrun. But the weapons more than make up for it, as they are good in practically every aspect. Me and a team of randoms got really close to beating the king salmonid, but it somehow got away with around 1/8th of its health bar left, which was pretty annoying, especially since I'm trying to get more silver scales for cooler cosmetics, but its no big deal, really.
