Had to organise some more files today (but not nearly as much as last time), which sucks, but when you get it into it, it's kinda therapeutic, no? I went to the library again today, and, as I was walking back home, I realised how quickly the Sun begins to set at this time of year. Since I'm UK-based, the clocks are going to change from BST to GMT soon, so it should set even earlier than it is right now (provided I've done my calculations correctly). On the bright side though, the mornings will be brighter (pun not intended but warmly welcomed). ====== Comp ====== Rotations Played: Clam Blitz - MakoMart, Sturgeon Shipyard I still don't know whether I got onto the team I signed up for yet, so I am waiting in eager anticipation to see if I made it. They did respond saying that they are reviewing requests though, so it may very well be that I don't. Nevertheless, I'm not too bothered, as niche teams are not as rare as I originally thought, after watching a few team recruitment channels. I don't meet the requirements for practically all of them, either because of rank, experience, time zone, or some other factor, but considering the relative frequency of new posts, I'm sure something right up my alley will come up in due time. ============ Salmon Run ============ Rotation: Gone Fission Hydroplant - Big Swig, 52 gal, slosher, heavy I never tire of this map, nor of my beloved big swig. Slosher's a bit of a hit-or-miss, but generally a good all-round rotation. Again. Honestly, I wish there were some worse rotations on right now, because I feel like a bit of a broken record, talking about how good each passing rotation is, but this really is a period of relief compared to some of the horrors that I've seen in my time playing this game series. _ / \ / \ /=====\ | O O | |=====| / \ | | | | | ASCII SQUID! It looks a bit more like a rocket than a squid, but squint and maybe you'll see it.
